Unusual probably  Coalport English Armorial  plate with central crest/badge and a bishop's hat.
 
 
 Probably  made for  Bishop George Thomas Plunkett.
 
He became Bishop of Elphin on 4th October 1814, ordained as Bishop on 24th February 1815.
Perfect condition, Minor wear.
Measures approx 9.5 inches wide.
