Lovely quality English porcelain plate,  circa 1830.
Measures approx 8 Inches wide.
Perfect condtion.
The arms are Welsh.  The  second and fourth shields were, borne posthumously
by Edwin of Tegeingl, 11th Century ruler Prince of current day Flintshire.
