A superb 18th Century plate from Marie Antoinette's own porcelain factory 'Rue Thiroux' sometimes called 'Porcelaine de la Reine'. Surely made for an important aristocratic family.  Some research  could reveal all. 
Measures approx. 10 Inches wide. Central Monogram PL or LP  or SL,  LS with a laurel crown.
Beautiful painted flower borders and central reserve with scattered sprigs.
 
Two small restored rim chips. Some historic fine hairlines to rim.
Displays wonderfully.
