Paris Armorial Crest Plates PHILIPSON or PHILLIPSON family.

A fine pair of Paris porcelain plates. On  a deep cobalt blue ground with scalloped rims. Central crest and belt with motto " fide non fraude". Probably PHILIPSON or PHILLIPSON.  Of Norman origin, the family settled in Berwickshire and Westmoreland in the United Kingdom.
G.Boutigny Palais Royal factory marks. Circa 1890.
Perfect condition, measure approx 9 inches wide.
